The second edition of the International School on Electric and Hybrid Vehicles is organized by "Polo per la Mobilità Sostenibile" (POMOS) and University of Rome "Sapienza".

The school is focused on recent advances in science and technology regarding the development of electric and hybrid vehicles, including battery technology and testing procedures.

Introductory and advanced lectures, held by world-recognized experts from academia and automotive industry, will lead the attendee to the most relevant aspects of Hibrid and Electric Vehicles and Sustainable Mobility.

This is an important opportunity to allow people from the different areas of research (mechanical and electrical engineering) to meet together and discuss about the subject.

The school is dedicated to PhDs, Post Docs and researchers who are interested to acquire an updated knowledge in this field.

The 2nd International School on Electric and Hybrid Vehicles will be held on 24th-28th September 2009 in the wonderful atmosphere of Ventotene (Italy).
